VEGETABLES USED:

Buttercup Squash, Sweet Potato

INSTRUCTIONS:

This is a mix of mashed roasted buttercup squash, eggs, honey, cinnamon, & vanilla. Grease the mini muffin pan with melted coconut oil and fill it with the mixture. Baked at 400°F for at least 20minutes.
You can also use mashed sweet potatoes.
