Garlic, Onion, Spaghetti Squash

INSTRUCTIONS:

Sautee garlic and onions in oil and very little butter. Then add flour to make a roux with heavy cream. Then pecorino cheese. Simmer. Then add the roasted (cooked) spaghetti squash and mozzarella and add a little milk if it gets a little too thick. Mix well. Finish it off in the oven till it gets crusty and toasty on top.
