Brussel Sprouts, Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix evoo, crushed & minced garlic cloves, parmesan cheese, and fresh lemon juice in a bowl. Toss cleaned and dried Brussel sprouts (cut in half if it's too big). Roast in oven 400° till toasty and brown. Toss and turn halfway thru. Spritz more lemon juice once roasted if you want.
